   I have stiffness in some of my fingers and neck stiffness! It really helped with the pain. I like that it doesn’t have strong smell. I wish it came in a larger volume jar.

   I’ve used this a handful of times when my lower back aches and also on my shoulders when tension turns to pain. I have also used it to help with migraines. I put a little amount on my temples and it helped make it manageable. My husband who works in a warehouse uses it on this lower back to hip area to help with repetitive strain from bending and lifting.
