Topical (adults) Mix 1 to 5 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil; apply locally 3 times a day. Inhalation Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
Sandalwood (Santalum album), or White Sandalwood, is a small tropical tree and the best known source of Sandalwood. Used in sacred places in India in particular, it promotes meditation by its sweet and captivating smell.
