Topical (Adults) Mix 1 drop in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil; apply locally 3 times a day. Inhalation (Digestive Syst.) Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.

Citronella – Ceylon is a large perennial herb grown in the warm and humid regions of Sri Lanka and southeast Asia. Its lemony odour diffuses well and repels insects.
